Immediately a client or customer makes a booking either by visiting our website or call us on telephone, or procure the services of Getitdone HCR Services, it establishes an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
The services to be provided by Getitdone HCR Services shall commence on the day of the first clean unless the customer exercises his right to cancellation.
- REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING
- Getitdone HCR offers regular domestic cleaning services which are carried out weekly, fortnightly, or once-off, according to the customer’s requests.
- A Minimum duration of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies for all domestic cleaning services.
- Based on a basic description of the customer’s premises by the customer, our sales advisors can only give an estimated duration of the cleaning service. Please note that the duration may vary at site, therefore a degree of flexibility is required. The initial hourly rate quoted for you will be the actual estimated total cost and will not be changed, however this total cost will be amended if the duration varies or the list of service changed.
- The customer agrees to provide a task list and all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with Getitdone HCR Services. All cleaning equipment supplied by the customer should be safe and in full working order, BLEACH is not allowed.
- If the customer does not have cleaning equipment and supplies and asks Getitdone HCR Services to provide them, the customer understands that an applicable charge will be incurred and the time of service delivery may change or delayed.
- The customer understands that the price quoted per the Estimate email does not include anything other than what they requested for.
- Getitdone HCR Services work according to a tailor-made checklist and any special/additional requests are to be made to the sales advisors in writing, where an additional charge may be incurred.
- Getitdone HCR Services will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The customer should give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems.
- Getitdone HCR Services requires that cleaners take photos before and after the clean to maintain accurate records.
- All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed by customer before the cleaner arrives.
- The customer is obliged to allow Getitdone HCR Services’ cleaner access to any place listed for cleaning.
- SPECIALISED CLEANING (ADD-ONS)
- In addition to all of ‘A’ above:
- Getitdone HCR Services offers specialised cleaning services which include Deep Cleaning, End of Tenancy cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. fridge/ pantry sorting, window and mirror cleaning, and oven cleaning. You may refer to ‘Our Services’ on the website.
- The customer accepts that cleaning appliances such as the oven/stove/hood, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwashing machine and dryer are additions to the clean and therefore come with additional charges and time.
- The customer accepts that carpet and/or upholstery cleaning are additions to the clean and therefore come with additional charges and time.
- Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to amend the initial Estimates should the client’s original requirements change.
- A minimum duration of 6 hours per cleaning visit applies.
- Cleaners work according to a tailor-made checklist and any special/additional requests are to be made to the sales advisors, where an additional charge may be incurred.
- Cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies are provided by the customer.
- For End of Tenancy cleans, premises must be empty of anyone living in there, furniture, boxes and all personal belongings. In the event of the premises being a furnished apartment, cleaners will not move furniture that is too heavy to lift. Dragging across the ground is forbidden.
- The customer agrees to switch off the refrigerator 24 hours prior to the service date as a defrosted refrigerator is required.
- The customer agrees to arrange car parking near the service location. If there are any parking costs incurred, it is for the customer’s account.
- PREMIUM ADD-ONS
- In addition to all of ‘A’ above:
- Getitdone HCR Services offers premiumadd-ons (care-oriented services) such as Light shopping or Pick-up essentials (milk, bread, fruit etc). These are separate premium services and therefore come with additional charges and time.
- Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to amend the initial Estimates should the client’s original requirements change to include these services.
- A minimum duration of 30 minutes is required for these services.
- The time needed to complete the premium add-ons service is based on distance and quantity of pick-ups, this will incur additional cost
- Cleaners work according to a tailor-made checklist and any special/additional requests are to be made to the sales advisors, where an additional charge may be incurred.
- Means of cost of transport to cover pick-ups or shopping distance shall be borne by customer/client.
- The customer is obliged to inform Getitdone HCR Services about his/her intention to use the cleaner for add-on services 24 hours before the commencement of cleaning.
- If there are any costs incurred by Getitdone HCR Services’ cleaner during the performance of premium add-ons, it is for the customer’s account.
- COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES
- Getitdone HCR Services offers commercial cleaning services which include but not limited to shops, hospitals, after party and events Cleaning.Refer to ‘Our Services’ on the website.
- The client accepts that this cleaning service is contractual and that all parties agreed to comply with the terms and condition as specified in the contract.
- Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to amend the initial Estimates should the client’s original requirements change.
- A minimum duration of 6 hours per cleaning visit applies.
- Cleaners work according to a tailor-made checklist and any special/additional requests are to be made to the sales representative, where an additional charge may be incurred.
- The contract terms will determine the supplier of Cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Sections ‘A’ 9, ‘A’ 11, and ‘B’ 12x are applicable.
- PAYMENTS
- Payment to Getitdone HCR Services shall be made by way of a monthly advance direct bank payment transfers (standing order or Direct Debit) on the Getitdone HCR Services booking form. A choice of method is determined by customer.
- A pre-authorization will be done on the debit or credit card 72 hours before cleaning starts to secure the booking.
- Irrespective of whether or not a Customer is using Getitdone HCR Services’ cleaner all payments to Getitdone HCR Services, other than one-off payments, will continue until the agreement is terminated lawfully, after which all payments to Getitdone HCR Services shall cease.
- A payment hold will apply for 48 hours before the payment is taken from the card. This 48-hour period allows the client or customer to effect any changes and have Getitdone HCR Services resolve any concerns. Getitdone HCR Services will not share the customer’s card details with a third party.
- The Customer agrees that any outstanding amount owed to Getitdone HCR Services can be charged from the debit/credit card the customer has provided at the time of the booking.
- All our pricing is inclusive of VAT.
- The amounts payable by the Customer toGetitdone HCR Services shall be set out in the billing letter which shall specify any additional charges and payments.
- GUARANTEES
- Once the cleaning is completed, a walk-through MUSTtake place with Getitdone HCR Services cleaners to address any areas of concern while they are on-site so that they can be fixed immediately. Please make prior arrangements to have someone of your choosing to conduct this walk_through.
- Getitdone HCR Services offers a 24-hour Guarantee. Should the customer not be satisfied with any areas that have been cleaned, and a walk-through is not possible immediately after cleaning as mentioned in section ‘F’ 46 above, an inspection by the customer must occur within 24-hour time frame from the date of the clean so that the customer can report any areas of concern, in writing, within the 24-hour period. Once it has been established that a reclean is due, Getitdone HCR Services require 48 hours to arrange the reclean.
- If the client is satisfied with the clean after the walkthrough/inspection as mentioned in sections ‘F’ 46 and ‘F’ 47 above an, the service shall have deemed to be performed according to reasonable satisfaction.
- The Guarantee will not apply if: 1. The clean has been approved by the customer 2. The customer returns with the landlord inspection report once the customer has already approved the clean. 3. the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was undertaken because of: a) time lapse. b) a third party, other than the customer/landlord/agent for inspection purposes, has entered the premises 4. the client does not report issues.
- There is no guarantee for the removal of mould or stubborn stains as it may causes damage to the surfaces it is found on.
- There is no guarantee on the removal of carpet, floor or upholstery stains due to age, cause and previous treatment.
- There is no guarantee for the removal of stubborn stains on walls and floors which will cause damage to the paint.
- REFUNDS
- The customer understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds and Getitdone HCR Services does not offer any refunds in place of a reclean.
- Getitdone HCR Services will not refund any advance payment upon receipt of termination notice from the Customer. No refunds will be given during notice period. A service credit can be provided for agency fees paid in advance. If a Customer declines the service no refunds will be made.
- If for any reason the Customer continues to pay Getitdone HCR Servicesfollowing termination, Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for each overpayment and or reserves the right to claim interest at market rates for overdue fees.
- COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- The customer accepts and understands that unsatisfactory service must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the service date. Should Getitdone HCR Services not receive written notification within the 24-hour period, all services shall be deemed to have been performed in accordance with the contract and to reasonable satisfaction.
- All services shall be deemed to have been performed satisfactorily should Getitdone HCR Services not be notified in writing within the 24-hour period of the service date.
- The complaint must be reported in writing to the sales advisor at contctuson getitdoneservices.co.uk
- All complaints are handled by the sales team who conduct a thorough investigation.
- Should a reclean be warranted, Getitdone HCR Services requires at least 24-hours’ notice to carry out its Guarantee of one free reclean.
- The customer understands that access to the premises must be granted to carry out the reclean. Failure to grant access, for whatsoever reason, will result in the Guarantee being null and void.
- The customer understands that the clean should take place after the move-out date as cleaning is compromised when the premises are occupied, with sufficient time set aside to carry out a reclean if required.
- The customer understands that, following Getitdone HCR Services, customers’ inspection must be carried out within the required time frame of 24 hours from service date, should the customer wish to base its complaint on the inspection report.
- Should the customer not make use of Getitdone HCR Services’ Guarantee and uses the services of a third party, no third-party fees will be covered by Getitdone HCR Services.
- PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE & CLAIMS PROCEDURE
- Getitdone HCR Services has a Public Liability Insurance for accidental damages caused by a cleaner working on behalf of Getitdone HCR Services.
- Any damages suspected of having occurred during the clean must be reported to the sales agent in writing to contact us at getitdoneservices.co.ukwithin 24 hours of the service date.
- Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to refuse to share any of its confidential documents.
- All Getitdone HCR Services cleaners will be first covered by the Customer’s own insurance policies and as a contingency, covered by Getitdone HCR Services’Public Liability policy
- Getitdone HCR Services’ public liability policy has a limit of £1 million of public liability including damage or loss to the Customer on the express condition that such loss and/or damage is caused by negligence of Getitdone HCR Services’
- The policy covers damage or loss on an indemnity basis provided that the damage or loss in each event is greater than £100 and the policy does not cover possession or property theft.
- Getitdone HCR Servicescannot accept liability for the first £100 of each item in any claim. The policy covers damage that the cleaner may cause when carrying out his or her duties. Bleach is a banned substance & spills are not covered.
- Getitdone HCR Servicesaccepts no liability for insurance unless all payments are made to Getitdone HCR Services in advance.
- LIABILITY
- Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right not to be liable for:
- Completing tasks which are not stated on the booking form;
- Cleaning jobs not completed due to the lack of hot water, power and suitable cleaning supplies and/or equipment supplied by the client;
- Third party entering or present at the customer’s premises during the cleaning process;
- Any previously damaged items/areas on the premises;
- Complaints reported after the time frames specified in these Terms.
- Access not granted to premises.
- Cleaners arriving late due to transport related and other problems which are beyond the cleaners’ control.
- excepting claims for bodily injury or death due to negligence on the part of all parties.
- GetitdoneHCR Services does not accept any responsibility for any type of damage or loss to the Customer or the Customer’s goods or premises even if the terms of this contract are breached by a Getitdone HCR Services employee, whether wilfully or negligently, in contract or in delict, in breach of express or implied terms which includes omission of duty by Getitdone HCR Services.
- Getitdone HCR Services accepts no liability for any failure of service in any way relating to this agreement including ‘acts of god’.
- GetitdoneHCR Services will not be held liable to carry out unfinished tasks, nor accept liability for not carrying out terms of this agreement if the Customer is in breach of any obligation to Getitdone HCR Services.
- The ownership and responsibility for the return of Customer keys, it remains between the Customer and the cleaner. GetitdoneHCR Services cannot accept any responsibility for losses that arise out of such instances.
- CANCILLATION
- Where the Customer cancels an appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice to the start of cleaning, the Customer shall pay to the Getitdone HCR Servicesa late cancellation charge of £10.00
- The Customer has the right to cancel this agreement within 14 calendar days from date of requesting the service. If this right to cancel is exercised, the Customer shall not be liable for any sums to GetitdoneHCR Services. After expiry of the 14 days period the Customer can cancel this agreement by giving 1 month’s prior notice.
- Getitdone HCR Servicescan terminate this contract with the Customer at any time by writing to the Customer giving 1 months prior notice.
- The Customer agrees not to recommend any Getitdone HCR Servicesemployee to anyone else unless Getitdone HCR Services is used.
- within 18 months following termination, the Customer shall not use or employ any current or past employee of Getitdone HCR Services Should the client be in breach of this termination clause, Getitdone HCR Services shall be entitled to charge 50% the monthly charges from the commencement of any unpaid period during the 18-month period.
- DICLARATION
- the customer shall notify Getitdone HCR Servicesof any amendments to the daily schedules or cleaning times within 48 hours before the commencement of cleaning time.
- the customer shall bear the cost of recovery of Getitdone HCR Services’ charges in the event of non-payment.
- all parties shall comply within the terms of the law at all times.
- The Customer may cancel or adjust the time of cleaning by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. Getitdone HCR Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
