Can I have an evening or weekend clean?

Yes! Our cleaners are fully flexible and will do evening or weekend cleaning work.

Can I have a clean once a month?

Yes, but this will be treated as a one-off clean and will attract the necessary charges.

Can I later reschedule my booking online?

Yes, After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can login and modify your bookings at any time.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes, we can always reassign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call.

Do you have a phone number?

Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?

Yes, once we choose a cleaner for you, we’ll arrange for them to come along and meet you so that you can approve our choice and discuss the cleaning tasks you require. You can always change him/her at any time.

Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?

Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own cleaning products or equipment. The majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes. Please be aware that due to health and safety reasons bleach is a banned substance.

Do you do end of tenancy cleans?

Yes, we provide end of tenancy cleaning visits.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, this is indemnity cover not new for old and there is an excess on the policy. To keep costs reasonable, the excess is £100 per claim

How do I schedule online?

To schedule online, all you have to do is fill out some details about what you need, who you are, pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive.

How do I select a date and time?

During the 2nd step of the booking form, you can select from available dates/times.

How many hours do I need?

It depends on the size of your home, number of rooms in addition to the quality and depth of cleaning that you require. Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed.

How much will I pay?

Our hourly rates include the cleaner’s wage and the agency fee. Rates vary depending on the area you’re in and the number of hours you require each week. If you’d like a free quote, then contact us! All we require from you is the approximate number of hours you need and your postcode

When will I get a confirmation?

You will get a confirmation as soon as we assign a cleaner for your job via email and SMS

What time is your office open until?

We are opened from 9: 00 am to 17: 00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

What sort of contract am I tied in to?

This contract is a flexible one. If you do ever need to cancel, just give us one month’s notice. For details go to our terms and conditions.

What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

Just give us a call, and we will provide you with a cleaner to cover

Why do I have to enter a zipcode?

You must enter a zip code in order for us to determine the pricing based on your area and also for the cleaner to locate your home.

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
